Credit Card Security
When the order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted when they reach our payment processor. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and we do not store the card details.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery is dependent upon the size of your pads. Up to a face size of 14” is £25 and 16” and above is £50. These prices reflect delivery within the UK mainland. Please contact the sales office to confirm delivery charges to the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK destinations.
Our Lead times generally vary from 1 week to four dependent upon the time of year. Please contact our sales office directly for a current delivery time frame or for details on how your order is progressing.
We have inspected the premises of all of our suppliers and are confident that the systems they have in place will result in you receiving the best quality products. We back up our claim by offering a One year guarantee (full details are available on request).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 any unused product purchased through a website site can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a 100% refund, if in its original condition and in the original packaging. The only exception to this is when goods have been custom-made to order. As all of our post protectors are made to order, no refunds can be given unless the item is received faulty or damaged upon delivery. Small, medium and large safety mats are stock items and can therefore be returned to us. All we ask is that you pay the cost of returning the goods to our Sales Office address. Customers are solely responsible for the safe return of goods undamaged. We will carry out an inspection of all returned items to check for signs of use that would prevent us from reselling the equipment as new. If the goods are in mint condition, a 100% refund will be issued. If payment has been received in advance we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Any claims for damages or missing items must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at
